Playhouse Box Office update

Following official government advice issued on Friday 20 March of this year, our venue, including Box Office has been closed to the general public.

Whilst we await clarity from the government regarding the re-opening of venues such as ours in these extraordinary times, our reduced Playhouse team continue to work with promoters and acts, to reschedule dates and maintain a line of communication with customers. This has included answering all general enquiries by email, on our social channels and over the phone.

Whilst we will continue to keep customers up-to-date with daily changes, at present will not be taking enquiries over the phone.

Given the sheer number of events scheduled at the Playhouse, we ask for the continued understanding of patrons as it will take time to reposition every tour and concert date either later into 2020 or 2021. As concerts are cancelled or postponed, we will continue to provide advice regarding rescheduled dates or cancellations via our website and by email to those who have purchased tickets from our Box Office; if you purchased your tickets from a third party agency, they will be in touch with you direct.
