Notice to PLAYHOUSE customers prior to reopening

WE CAN'T WAIT TO WELCOME YOU TO PLAYHOUSE WHITLEY BAY WHERE MAKING YOUR VISIT AS SAFE AND AS FUN AS POSSIBLE REMAINS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY 

When you visit us we’ll be operating under the most up to date guidance and legislation in place supported by ASM Global's comprehensive and industry-leading program – VenueShield.

While COVID passes and proof of vaccine status are no longer legally required the Government has advised that you must not attend an event if you: 

Have tested positive for Covid-19; or 
Are required to self-isolate.

Face coverings

Whilst not legally required, please feel free to wear a face mask when visitng our venue.

Enhanced cleaning

As part of our VenueShield programme, we have enhanced all cleaning throughout the venue before, during and after your visit.

Hand sanitiser

We have partnered with Lifebuoy to ensure that high quality hand sanitiser is available throughout the venue.

Contactless services

The Playhouse Whiltley Bay is a cashless venue. Please pay by card when possible.
