Face mask update from North Tyneside Council

Unless exempt, it is mandatory to wear a face covering when you are:

- Using public transport

- In supermarkets and shops (From Friday 24 July)

Always wash or sanitise your hands when putting on, or taking off your face covering. You should bag disposable face covers and put them in your general waste bin - NOT your recycling bin. Reusable face coverings should be washed regularly.

Face coverings may protect others and helps to reduce the spread of coronavirus.
