Coronavirus Update

We strongly encourage you to wear a face mask when visiting our venue to help protect you, all our guests, and staff. Please respect our staff and other customers at all times. Should you wish, once in your seat you may remove your face mask.

-Have bags ready to be checked by staff.
-Have mobile ticket/ticket ready in advance for staff to check.
-We ask that you put on your face covering until seated in our auditorium.
-Confirm details of all attendees (over 16) for test and trace.
-If possible provide an NHS Covid Pass. You can get your pass via the following link: or negative lateral flow test. Free Lateral Flow Tests are available via the NHS website.-For more information please see full terms and conditions on the Playhouse website-If possible, avoid leaving the venue once inside.-If possible NHS Track and Trace QR codes are available to scan at all points of entry to the venue.
