The award winning Solid Gold Country Legends continues to prove popular on both sides of the Atlantic, winning the accreditation of 'Best Event' at the British Country Music Association Awards (BCMA). 2011 sees the hugely popular show reach a milestone 10th anniversary as it continues its theatre tour.
To celebrate the 10th Birthday the show has some exciting new features, including two new band members and great new songs but of course it's still the same high energy and fun show our audience have come to love over the years.
Led by Country Stars Jeanne Jordan & B J Thomas, together with their fabulous new Keyboard player, Wendy Kennedy and the young and very talented Melissa Gold, the daughter of an established country music duo, and the Outlaw Country Band, who are amongst the finest Country Musicians you will ever see! Solid Gold Country Legends brings you the perfect mix of old and new country hits from the classics of Hank Williams, Patsy Cline, Willie Nelson, Tammy Wynette to Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers and Shania Twain to name just a few.
Songs featured in this special evening of country music include Tammy Wynette's Stand by your man, Billie Jo Spears Blanket On The Ground, Johnny Cash's Ring Of Fire, Dolly Parton's 9 to 5 and Kenny Rogers' Lucille among many others.
All the songs performed have achieved Gold Disc status for record sales, so Solid Gold Country Legends truly recreates some of the finest Music ever produced.
