We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Playhouse, for Elkie Brooks: The Long Farewell Tour.
Unfortunately, our lift to access the first floor is temporarily out of order and awaiting repair.
We have reached out directly to guests with mobility issues who booked accessible and ambulant accessible seats to advise on this issue, but also wanted to ensure that we communicate this message to all of our guests, in advance of the show. Seats to the rear of the auditorium will be accessible either via the stairs in the foyer, or by entering the front of the auditorium where the ‘half steps’ present a much gentler incline.
Can we politely ask patrons to have their tickets downloaded and ready to be scanned on entry, and arrive in good time to take their seats for what shall be another stunning Elkie performance.
