A rare chance to hear your favourite much loved opera choruses and arias will arise on September 27th, when the Ravenswood Singers and Opera Live bring to ‘PLAYHOUSE, Whitley Bay’ ‘An Evening of Opera Favourites’ – A Show featuring excerpts and arias from the top ten operas currently topping the charts in opera houses and concert halls all over the world! Opportunities to hear these fabulous opera choruses and excerpts sung live are difficult to come by, being very costly to bring to the region.
Fully staged arias duets and larger extracts from operas such as ‘La Boheme’,’Madam Butterfly’, ‘Tosca’, ‘Faust’, ‘Aida’, ‘Carmen’, ‘Prince Igor’ and many more make up a fabulous evening not to be missed!
