Breakin' Concention is Sadler's Wells' ground breaking festival of hip hop dance theatre featuring a line-up of jaw-dropping performances from around the world and around the corner. 

Hosted and curated by UK hip hop theatre legend Jonzi D, the festival brings some of the world's best poppers, lockers, b-boys and b-girls together to dance alongside local crews.

Breakin' Convention is more than just a show - it's an experience! DJs, dancers, live aerosol art, MCs and freestyle sessions take over the building in the ultimate celebration of hip hop culture.

International artists include:


The Ruggeds (Netherlands) - high octane show from world bboy champions

Antionette Gomis (France) - a poetically emotive solo performed to Nina Simone's 'Images'

Iron Skulls Co. (Spain) - bboying merges with contemporary for this apocalyptic showpiece
