Geordie stand up legend and one of the first post alternative comedians in the North East, Blaydon’s very own Gavin Webster is back on a tour. In a career spanning 35 years Gav has been in 2 Ken Loach films including ‘I Daniel Blake’, performed on countless stand up shows on radio and television throughout the world and has even starred in his own sitcom ‘I’ve Got A Job For You Gav’ that he wrote as well.
Stand up though is his forte and after clocking up approximately 12,000 gigs over the years, he’s back for a 2027 tour. Expect a loud, over the top punkish performance chock full of one liners, quickfire jokes, crash bang wallop routines and larger than life set pieces.
